Please make sure your recipient is registered for Mpesa. Transfers to non Mpesa registered numbers are charged an extra fee by Safaricom, this will consequently be deducted from the total amount sent:
- Our transactions are in Australian Dollars however we do accept all other currencies
- We do use the current exchange rates as provided by the Banks. Please note that this may differ from the rates provided by various websites.
- Please allow up to 24hours for the money to be delivered to the recepient (please note that this is a standard transfer period but we always strive to transfer as soon as possible normarly within 4 hours) so please only do a follow up after the expiry of the 24 hour period.
